DJI Mini 4 Pro suddenly crashed

Hi,

my (4 weeks old) DJI Mini 4 Pro drone, suddenly just crashed.
It was a bit windy, but there was no warning on the DJI RC2 about strong winds occurring…

First the drone started to go up itself, without controlling to do so. I tried to controll it, to come down, but there was no reaction of the drone.
Then I managed it to take the drone lower and then suddenly the motors stopped, and the drone fell from the sky like a stone …
There was no obsticle or anything else. The rotor blades just suddenly stopped…

I just have the flight log. The drone unforanetyl fall down at a very steep part of the mountain, so I was not able to get it back and I lost it… :confused:

I hope you can help me finding out, what happened …
As the drone was just 1 month old, I hope that DJI can replace the drone within the guarantee period. As I already mentioned, there was no fault by me …

The last line of your flight log does confirm the motors stopped mid-flight. You can see that in the log here:

Try contacting DJI support for help. If they agree that it was not caused by pilot error (I don't see anything that indicates that), they will most likely offer to replace it.
